CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION CLASSES

PRE-LICENSE

 

Broker License Instruction

 

This 12 week course meets all of the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency and could have you started towards your new career in less than three months. This Accelerated course is a combination of classroom instruction and self-study. We generally limit the class size so enroll now. Contact us or the College for more details.

Classes start January 11th. 2012 Tuition: $695 Superior Training Systems. Register through Linn-Benton Community College- Albany

 

Exam-Prep

 

This all day class is for those ready to take their state real estate broker exam. The material was developed and is presented by a Principal Broker/Trainer who has been helping students pass the Oregon exam for since 1993. Contact us for more details.Fee: $35

Property Manager License

 

Complete ALL of your studies in just 6 weeks and become a Property Manager! This hybrid course combines live lecture with online home study to meet the 60 hour requirement for the Oregon Property Manager license. The class meets for six, 2 hour sessions and, along with the online home study, will prepare you to take the state exam. The course is taught by a licensed Principal Broker/Trainer who has been helping students pass Oregon exams since 1993. $450

POST- LICENSE

 

Advanced Real Estate Practices

 

This course is required for your first license renewal. We have divided the 30 hour course requirements into classroom instruction and home study. The class meets for three Thursday mornings. (6 hours total) This class is Accelerated to give you the most efficient means of meeting your licensing requirements. Contact us for more details. Tuition: $35 plus the cost of the course.

Principal Broker/ Brokerage Administration & Sales Supervision (BASS)

 

This Accelerated course meets for four mornings (8 hours total) and is a combination of classroom and home-study. Contact us for more details. Tuition: $40 plus the cost of the course.
