Oregon Real Estate Pre-License Courses

Before you are allowed to take the exam for an Oregon Real Estate broker's license you are required to complete 150 hours of study in the following areas:

This material must be from an Oregon Department of Education registered school and an Oregon Real Estate Agency certified provider. The school will issue a completion certificate after you have satisfactorily passed all of the required topics.
